I've spent a decade modernizing business systems at a multi-division construction company, built API-driven dashboards and internal platforms at a regional distribution company, shipped production features as a full-stack engineer at a SaaS startup, and currently lead enterprise systems and IT operations — owning NetSuite ERP architecture, iPaaS integrations, data pipelines, SaaS governance, and infrastructure — at a growing consumer brand.
That operator background is what makes working with me different. I don't just know how to configure systems — I know what it's like to be the person who has to live with the configuration every day, across departments, under real business pressure.
